PRIVATE ONE to ONE

Are you struggling with symptoms of asthma or long covid?

Are you worried about your child being a mouth breather? Do you have sleep issues?

Do you want to learn how to manage your stress levels better?

Private sessions are focused on dealing with specific issues that you may be struggling with on a one to one basis. Breathing exercises and homework plans are tailored for you.

Sessions last between 1 and 1 ½ hours. Most people generally need 3-5 sessions but it really depends on the individual. They can be given face to face or online.

SCHOOL PROGRAMMES

45 minute lessons over 8/10 weeks help children to learn about their breathing and how important it is for mental and physical health. Lessons are tailored for each particular age group and include props and fun activities to keep them engaged.

These sessions can be run as part of the curriculum or as a before/after school activity.

Teacher workshops are also available. Over a 2 hour session, teachers will learn how to optimise their own breathing as well as how to best help their students.

GROUP COURSES

Group courses focus on specific symptoms or ailments (eg. Asthma, anxiety, sleep disorders). Participants will be looking to address similar issues.

Courses run for five weeks and have a maximum of five attendees. Each session lasts approximately 1 ½ hours. These are either face to face or online.
